• You will get an estimated valuation and trade-in terms within 3 hours.
• If you accept the valuation, we will email you Konga/Kxpress prepaid shipping label to send us your trade-in.
• Send your trade-in within 14 days of receipt of your shipping label.
• When we receive the trade-in, we will review it and inform you of the acceptance/rejection via email.
• If the trade-in is approved, we will issue a Gift card/Coupon to the tune of the valuation amount to enable you purchase another product of your choice from the website or we send the cash equivalent to your bank account (where applicable).
• If the trade-in is rejected, we will back your item to you for free or revalue it as Recycle device (if acceptable to you) and pay cash.
